• 📄 The test bank or solution manual didn’t meet your expectations (e.g., you wanted short answer questions, but it contains only multiple choice). That’s why we offer a sample chapter for every test bank.
• ❌ The test bank didn’t match your specific exam questions.
• 🗂️ You are unable to open the compressed or chapter files.
  ➤ If the issue is on our end, we’ll replace the files or issue a refund at our discretion.
  ➤ If it’s a software issue on your side, we’re happy to assist—but it’s your responsibility to ensure you have the correct tools to open the files.
